Educational qualification :

A pass in Degree in the field of Arts (or) Science (or) Commerce (along with abilities of proper reading of meter and cycling).

Candidates should possess an adequate knowledge of the official language of the State, namely Tamil as mentioned in the notification

Age limit :

Minimum age limit is 18 yrs and maximum age limit was 32 yrs

Age relaxation will be applicable according to prescribed community guidelines.
