SURABOOKS.COM offers their customers with multiple payment methods. You can choose any of the online payment methods and be assured that SURABOOKS.COM 's payment gateway partners will use the most secure and trusted technology to keep dealings and transactions completely confidential.

You can also choose to pay Cash-on Delivery(COD) for books if COD option is provided by the Seller you wish to buy the books from. The COD option will appear at the payment page only when that option is available with the selected Seller.

The facilities for internet banking are provided to customers along with E-Gift Voucher, Wallet and cash on delivery. SURABOOKS.COM accepts payments made through MasterCard, Visa, American Express debit/credit cards, Maestro which works in 21 other countries besides India.

When I make any purchases through SURABOOKS.COM , will any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales tax) be levied?

The best thing about SURABOOKS.COM is that there are no hidden charges levied on any purchase. The prices that are shown against the items are all final and listed. They are the total price of the product and that is exactly the amount that customers have to pay.

Depending on the sellers policy, there may be extra delivery charges. Customers will have to check with the individual sellers in order to know about these extra charges.

What is the policy of Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery is the payment mode which customers opt for when they are not comfortable in making online payment while purchasing from SURABOOKS.COM. This happens when you shop with us for the very first time. In this method, the payment should be made as cash when the product arrives at your doorstep. Here, there is no need to make any payment in advance.

The maximum order that one can place using Cash-on-Delivery payment mode is Rs. 20,000. One needs to pay only cash in this policy; credit cards or E-vouchers will not be accepted. You cannot also use foreign currency while making the payment. We accept only Indian currency for Cash on Delivery payment method.

How should I place a 'Cash-on-delivery' order?

Every item in our list which has the 'cash-on-delivery' tag, are valid for such kind of purchase.

All you need to do is add those items to your card and check-out. When you are asked to choose the right payment option for yourself, you need to choose 'pay by cash on delivery'.

We will verify your order. After verification, your order will be processed for shipping. All you will need to do is a cash-only payment to our courier-partner. The payment has to be made at the time of delivery.
